Thus, having well defined professional goals for the year is paramount and for the next 5 is almost as equally important. Strat should include education/research, professional development, and service. Leadership in these areas will reward you personally and prepare you for a successful career. @Hung - we call those "Social Engagement" liaisons ;) Being strategic is key.
