Dear UGLi patron,
I appreciate that we all have bodies! And all of our bodies produce mucus, and sometimes we’ve got to expectorate and get that stuff out. I am glad that you feel safe enough in the library to do what you need to do with your body.
However, I kindly ask that in the future, you make sure to read the label marked PAPER RECYCLING before spitting directly into the narrow slot on the lid of the container.

Anand, this killed me — it’s such a lived-in moment. You simultaneously made me yearn for the UGLi and feel entirely grateful that I’ve made my escape. Ridiculous that a couple of months ago, I could’ve been the one to write this post. :)
Once I saw a small child take a dvd case (that his parent was about to check out) and lick it up one side and down the other. It was really gross. But not the grossest thing I’ve come across in the library.
